Our Practice

Shannon has worked for Dr. Finn for over a decade. She is a UNC-CH graduate with a degree in Exercise Sports Science. She keeps our office running smoothly on a daily basis. If you have a question, you can be certain that Shannon will have the answer. She loves building relationships with our patients. She and her husband, Steven, have two adorable daughters, Pressley and Adalyn. They enjoy spending time with their rowdy rescue dog, Joe, and their curious bobcat, Louie. Shannon’s new favorite hobby is taking care of their 6 newest additions to the family, their chickens–Raven, Duck, Sparrow, Goose, Turkey, and Dove. 

Stephanie is Finn Plastic Surgery’s Patient Coordinator. Originally from Upstate NY, she moved to NC for a change of pace after living in NYC for the past 5 years. Stephanie received her BA in Psychology from the University of Albany NY. She has a passion for helping people and takes pride in supporting a team whose goal is to enhance and improve the confidence of the patients we serve. With a background in the beauty industry as a hairstylist, coupled with 15+ years dedicated to Customer Service, Stephanie finds FPS as the perfect work home! On her days off you will likely find Stephanie with her husband attending an artsy event hopefully filled with delicious vegan food and various animals to love on.

Courtney is the Marketing Director at Finn Plastic Surgery. She received her undergraduate degree from UNC, graduating with a B.S. in Psychology. She then went on to obtain her master’s degree in Physiology from NC State. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Courtney is dedicated to helping patients throughout their cosmetic journey. With a background in the sciences and a passion for creating, she loves being able to showcase all that FPS has to offer. On her days off you will likely find Courtney blogging, working out, or spending time with her husband and their TikTok famous French bulldog, Luna. 

Sidnie has been a nurse for over 10 years, with the majority of it being in emergency services and trauma. She has also completed assignments as a travel nurse, with the most recent travel being during the beginning of the pandemic to aid those in the DC area. The last three and a half years she has practiced aesthetic nursing. She was previously a nurse injector and specialized in lasers. She enjoys learning new and innovative procedures and processes in our practice. Sidnie has been married for over 20 years to her husband, Josh, who is a realtor in the RDU area. She has two young adult children, Payton and Isaiah, who she enjoys spending time with. In her (limited) free time, Sidnie enjoys spoiling her two dogs, Lincoln and Mel, as well as reading.

Amy is one of our licensed aestheticians. Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, she graduated from Douglas J Aveda Institute in 2003 to achieve her aesthetic license. She has spent 19 years working in the aesthetic field and loves to help her patients look and feel their best. She provides an array of treatments from laser skin resurfacing, radio frequency microneedling, body contouring, to HydraFacials and chemical peels.  She loves creating customized skincare routines for our patients to help them achieve their skin goals and maintain their surgical and nonsurgical results. When she’s not at the office, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their fur baby, Ellie.

Tamra, the lovely wife of Dr. Finn, helped start The FINN Foundation, our non-profit organization. (Filling International and National Needs.) Her background is in furniture and interior design, but now she lends her creativity to making sure The FINN Foundation is a success. She handles all of the logistics and coordination for every medical mission trip abroad and always finds ways for The FINN Foundation to help in our own community. She also volunteers at SECU Family House, another local non-profit organization. When she is not donating her time to helping others, she enjoys spending time with her husband traveling, riding their motorcycles, and snuggling with their sweet dogs, Pumpkin and Enzo.
