Our Staff

Kim Schell, RN

Kim has been working along-side of Dr. Finn for over 18 years. She has her Bachelor of Science
from Appalachian State University and her Registered Nusing degree from Watts School of Nursing. Kim and her husband have two sons, a dog named Sydney, and her most recent venture has been putting together her new aquarium!

Jenny Smithwick, RN

Jenny will be celebrating 10 years working with Dr. Finn in August 2014! She has her
Associate of Science in Nursing which was received from Excelsior College School of Nursing. Jenny is also an excellent piano player, even though she won’t admit it!

Debbie Tate, RN

Debbie is known as the “Martha Stewart” of our office. She has worked with Dr. Finn for 3 years. Debbie has her Associate Degree in Nursing from Daytona State College and also did Hospital Administration Studies at the University of Central Florida.

Timothy Suttles, MSN, CRNA

Tim has his MSN from UNC-Greensboro and CRNA from Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthsia as well as his BSN from Western Carolina University. He is the owner of Suttles Anesthesia Services Inc. which provides anesthesia services to multiple offices in the Durham/Raleigh area and also is a Staff Nurse Anesthetist for Wake Medical Center.

Terry Jones, MSN, CRNA

Terry has his MSN and CRNA from Duke University as well as his BSN and BFA from UNC- Greensboro. He is currently a CRNA for Duke University and provides anesthesia for North Carolina Specialty Hospital, Mebane Surgical Center, Person Memorial Hospital, and Durham Regional Hospital.

Mary Alice Goode, MSN, CRNA

Mary Alice has her MSN from UNC-Greensboro and CRNA through Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia. She is the Owner of Dream Angel Anesthsia P.C. which provides anesthesia services for Raleigh/Durham hospital and out-patient surgery centers and offices. In the past Mary Alice has also worked for Durham Anesthesia Associates, Anesthesia Medical Group in Nashville, TN, Critical Health Systems and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Pennsylvania.

Tom Diamond, CRNA

After Tom was honorably discharged as a Hospital Corpsman with the United States Navy he worked as a Nurse in New Jersey for a few years before heading to school to become a CRNA. He became a CRNA in 1972 through Duke University Medical Center School of Anesthsia and worked as a nurse anesthetist from 1972-2001. Though Tom retired from full-time CRNA work in 2001 he has continued to do work with Duke as well as at our office.

Michelle “Shelli” Vincent, MSN, CRNA

Shelli has her BSN from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro and became a CRNA through her MSN at Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia. She is currently a CRNA with Carolina Anesthesia Associateswith past experience a CRNA with Critical Health Systems and FirstHealth of the Carolinas.
