Dr. Finn and his staff are very professional, caring and informative. I came in because I wanted to know my treatment options for my acne, acne scars and fine lines. I opted to try out the VI Peel first. Kelly performed my VI peel and she was awesome! The peel itself wasn’t as bad as I had expected but Kelly still made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend this office.

Ever since I moved from Chapel Hill to Columbia eight years ago, I make the eight hour round trip drive to see Dr. Finn for fillers and any other facial needs. Not only is Dr. Finn amazingly gifted, skilled, gentle and patient, he is honest and compassionate. He never tries to recommend procedures I don’t need (even if I think I want them) and he is always honest and shows me real photos of real patients having had the procedure we are discussing. He wants to be sure my anticipated results are realistic. No matter how busy he is, he takes the time to answer my questions and provide me with all the information (positive and negative). I am 65 years old, this is the only face I’ve got, and Dr. Finn has been and always will be the only doctor I trust to keep me looking at my very best. The eight hour round trip to see him is a small price to pay for his expertise and his honesty.

Receptionist was friendly and immediately assisted me when I walked in. The office was extremely clean and pretty if I must say. Dr. Finn was so awesome! I went in for an earlobe repair and he fixed both ears in under an hour! I loved that he listened to Al Green while he did the repair and I could tell he knew what he was doing. The nurse assistant was very friendly as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone and will go back if I need any other services they provide!! Thanks a bunch Dr. Finn and his crew!!!!

Outstanding!!! I had the fillers along with lip enhancement and love the results. Very professional and excellent technique of numbing area with a cream application prior and ice pack to forehead during injection resulted in a painless procedure.
