Governor Roy Cooper announced the extension of North Carolina’s stay-at-home order until at least May 8th. At the end of this term, depending on conditions, the stay-at-home order may be extended or NC may start a phased re-opening. Finn Plastic Surgery will remain closed for regularly scheduled appointments until at least May 15th in order to continue to slow the spread of COVID-19. At the end of this term, we will be assessing the situation and hope to be able to determine a course of action for re-opening. 

If you are a patient that is scheduled between now and May 15th, we, unfortunately, will need to cancel your appointment due to these conditions and the health and safety of our staff and community. Until we have an opening date, we are not currently rescheduling appointments. As soon as we have a firm reopening date we will be contacting all patients that were scheduled during this time frame and will get you rescheduled as soon as we can. When the phased re-opening allows us to start seeing patients, it will likely be with limited capacity and will be contingent on the ability to social distance. We ask in advance for your patience with any delays in rescheduling your appointments. We will do our very best to accommodate our patients that needed to be canceled during this time.

If you are one of our surgery patients that has any urgent needs or questions we encourage you to call the office and follow the voicemail instructions to reach Dr. Finn and Dr. Elkins-Williams on their on-call numbers. Doctors Finn and Elkins-Williams are available for urgent follow-up needs as well as an urgent video consultation.

The stay-at-home order still allows for us to be able to ship products. If you have any product needs we will be happy to process orders and send them in the mail for you! Our front desk staff will contact you to answer product questions, collect payment, and get your order sent out to you as timely as possible.
